We are collecting signatures of citizens (civilians who were injured by explosives in the Kharkiv region and the city of Kharkiv. 

With an understanding of efficiency, we recommend making changes and including in the Program of Social Protection of the Population of the Kharkiv region and the Procedure for Using Funds Provided in the Regional Budget for Providing Targeted Assistance the following categories of citizens who will be entitled to receive social assistance, social services, targeted assistance, or compensation - "civilian persons injured by explosives", "civilian persons affected by war", "children of war", "persons with disabilities as a result of war"; "civilian wounded persons who do not have the right to disability". As well as introducing a number of other positive changes - to improve the standard of living of those who were seriously injured or maimed during military operations. 

We ask the wounded, their families, as well as public and charitable organizations and human rights activists, to join our initiative!
