A socially oriented complex assistance center for families of wounded or killed civilian adults and children was opened (the region covered by the program is Kharkiv, Kharkiv region) in Kharkiv, with the help of the charitable organization "Ukrainian Educational Platform".

The center, which is managed by the head of the "Development and Social Justice of Ukraine" charitable foundation, provides: humanitarian aid (food, hygiene produkts, medicine), legal advice and advocacy of the rights of victims, group and individual classes with a psychologist and psychotherapist, consultations of a rehabilitator.

Mobile groups consisting of volunteers with a psychologist and a lawyer go to the region, including to rather dangerous zones where hostilities are taking place and to de-occupied territories.
