Children and their parents from vulnerable population groups from the communities of the Kharkiv region receive comprehensive help and support, thanks to the project "Complex assistance for families with children in Chernihiv, Sumy and Kharkiv regions", which is important for our region. This project in the Kharkiv region is implemented by our charitable foundation "Development and Social Justice of Ukraine" as a partner of the Zaporizhia charitable foundation "Unity for the Future". The project in three regions is implemented with the support of the Humanitarian Fund for Ukraine.

Thanks to the signed memorandums of cooperation with local communities, local authorities provide information about the most vulnerable families and their urgent needs, recommend families who are in dire need of constant support and care, psychological and legal support.

On outings in the community, we communicate directly with people - to better know and satisfy their needs. When specialists work with requests for help, our psychologist and social worker conduct art therapy activities, play and creative activities for children, taking into account age and characteristics.

Art therapy for children and teenagers gives a very cool effect: children are actively involved in team processes, the positive mood and cohesion of children increases, after classes we observe emotional and muscle relaxation, children smile and rejoice. Many families come to us from villages where children's activities are rarely held, so they really like such activities.

And also, it is very important that during creative activities, a social worker who is a child psychologist has the opportunity to observe the child and notice the presence of psychological problems, aggression or apathy, post-traumatic syndrome or other "bells" that require attention and work .

The team of the mobile group must have a psychologist to provide counseling to families with children. He is a specialist who has extensive experience in providing psychological assistance to children and adults, and can provide advice on various family issues, parent-child relationships, child upbringing and development. It is important that our experts have special training and experience working with special children, and this is also very often in demand.

Our group also has a lawyer who advises on various issues related to the preparation of documents, social benefits and other important points.
We are very glad that such a powerful organization, the Zaporizhia Charitable Fund "Unity for the Future" entrusted us with this important mission in the Kharkiv region - to provide essential support for families with children or adults with disabilities, large families, parents or guardians , who are raising children themselves, and other categories of beneficiaries recommended by communities.
