Attention civilians who were injured or disabled due to military actions! 

As part of the implementation of the project “Center for Comprehensive Assistance to Wounded Children and Adults”, our specialists conduct legal consultations and provide legal support in the city of Kharkiv and the Kharkiv region. 

The lawyer of our charitable organization will help: 

- obtain an extract from the register of pre-trial investigations as evidence of injury from explosive objects and war crimes; 

- support the registration of disability as a result of war; 

- advise on the rights and benefits to which victims are entitled, as well as on receiving a one-time monetary compensation when receiving disability as a result of war; 

- support the observance of the rights of victims, advising on the actions that must be taken in social institutions, communal structures to receive benefits and opportunities provided for by law; 

- advise on occupational disability caused by explosive objects, etc.
